As a man, and through both my personal and professional experiences, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the unique mental health realities men face. I understand the stigma—and often the quiet shame—that can come with seeking support. Many men learn to carry their struggles silently. Choosing to reach out takes real courage and strength.

I’m driven by the opportunity to walk alongside men as they begin to better understand themselves—exploring their experiences, reflecting on their past and present, and building the tools needed to navigate challenges and meet their needs in meaningful ways. My goal is to make therapy feel relatable, safe, and genuinely useful—tailored to who you are.

Many men hold themselves to rigid expectations and can be their own harshest critic. Over time, this can shape how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. Mental health is not just the absence of illness—it’s something we can actively build and strengthen. Just as we train our physical health, we can develop our mental health.

In our work together, you can expect a space that is non-judgmental, open, and respectful—where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged as you move in a direction that matters to you. Your goals become our shared focus, and I’m committed to walking that path with you.

You deserve this.

I look forward to being part of your journey toward growth, self-understanding, and lasting change.
